ROSE CDC offers neighborhood-based solutions to deeply entrenched social problems by building housing and community. Some of our residents have lived in our housing for 30+ years. We help families and individuals for the long term.
If you believe everyone has a right to an affordable home and supportive community, please consider including ROSE CDC in your estate plan. Your thoughtful gift ensures a secure future for our residents.
Making a gift in your estate plan doesn’t have to be complicated. The most popular option is a bequest in your will. To make ROSE a beneficiary of your estate, simply talk to your financial advisor about including language like this in your will:
I give, devise, and bequeath to ROSE CDC, ___ percent of my estate or the sum of $___ (or stocks, bonds, property, or other assets) to support ROSE CDC’s mission.
Another easy way to make a lasting impact is to give via your insurance policies or IRA. You can make ROSE CDC a beneficiary (or partial beneficiary) of your IRA or an insurance policy by contacting your insurance or IRA administrator. They will need our tax identification, which is 94-3144895.
Please note: at this time, we cannot accept gifts of real estate or other personal property or other physical goods.
