Located in the Lents Town Center, new families will have access to parks, restaurants, and other amenities.

Woody Guthrie Place apartments have opened their waitlist today! There are 64 mixed-income apartments available with 16 units offered to families with 30% MFI, 21 units at 80% MFI, and 26 units at 100% MFI. Woody Guthrie Place Apartments will have a community space, patio and outdoor playspace for children, car and bike parking, a rooftop patio, is LEED Gold certified, with solar rooftop and electric car charging stations. There are ADA accessible units available as well. Schools are Lent Elementary and Middle School and Franklin High School.
